MODERN CHARM 

This home combines the best of contemporary architecture with resort-style living, creating a home that is both luxurious and functional. The home was designed around its waterfront view, incorporating expansive glazing, open-plan living and large stacking doors that blur the line between the indoors and outdoors. Double-height voids create a sense of openness, while the living areas flow directly to the alfresco and pool, seamlessly integrating the two entertainment zones.

Taking advantage of the canal-front location, the home’s upper floor creates private spaces with spectacular views. The striking façade features a refined palette of textured render, along with warm timber-look aluminium windows and doors which creates an air of sophistication. Inside, the Madison Builders team used oversized porcelain tiles, engineered stone benchtops, custom cabinetry, feature lighting and a striking floating timber staircase with glass balustrading to create a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic throughout the home.
