Home Builders Advantage has combined modern and traditional design elements to create this beautiful oceanside home in Perth’s north. Designed with a separate wing for the parents and another for the children, the residence is perfect for family-living and entertainment.

Included in the adults’ wing is a quiet living area along with a home theatre and fully-appointed gym with pool views. The children’s wing contains a large playroom with an abundance of toys and activities to keep the kids entertained. The rest of the home has two large bathrooms, a generous family and dining area with high ceilings, and a sizeable kitchen with an island bench and modern stainless steel appliances.

The wraparound pool has been strategically placed outside so it can be viewed from almost any room in the house and comes complete with an outdoor shower. The adjoining alfresco area is also perfect for social events, with semi-frameless glass fencing, ceiling fans, and plenty of space to move around in.

To make the home environmentally-friendly, Home Builders Advantage installed an enlarged gutter system, watersaving tapware and economical heating and cooling systems, which maximise energy-efficiency.

All of the projects undertaken by Home Builders Advantage include a detailed design brief meeting with the company’s chief designer Nigel Jewell to ensure each home the company builds will yield excellent results. During this planning stage, Jewell will provide an abundance of expert advice and tips, taking into consideration any budget constraints and overall goals in terms of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
