Spotted gum flooring creates a stunning statement throughout the living areas of this home. The warm colour of the timber doesn’t dominate the area and fits in perfectly with the rest of the interior design. The satin finish on the floor gives a fresh appearance that opens up the narrow home.

The beautiful flooring was installed by Moses Francis of Jan’s Flooring, working in conjunction with Bosch Timber Floors. Francis used his experience and skill to ensure the different colours of the timber blended seamlessly for an even appearance throughout the home.

Spotted gum timber picks up a wide range of colours and tones, while still displaying an overall neutral appearance. This allows homeowners great flexibility in their colour choices throughout the home. With a Janka hardness rating of 11, spotted gum timber is harder than most other flooring timbers and is able to handle the heavier traffic in living areas.
