Trendsetter Homes specialises in double-storey homes in the $500,000–$2 million range. Working right throughout Perth, the company builds about 20 homes every year.

Established in 1997 by four keen property developers, Trendsetter Homes has consolidated a reputation for building homes that are not only stylish, but also highly functional and able to withstand the rigours of everyday family life.

In addition to building new houses, Trendsetter Homes also does light commercial tilt-ups, apartments and multi-storey residences. Thanks to the success of the business, the Trendsetter Homes team launched another building company, Select Living, more than a year ago.
