Rokbuild Pty Ltd is an upmarket quality home builder and renovation specialist. The company’s recent projects include a luxurious home in Trigg, a commercial office/apartment in Jurien and renovations in Karrinyup and Mosman Park.

Most of the company’s projects are built along Perth’s coastal strip, from Fremantle to Jurien in the north. Building approximately 12 projects per year – which range in price from $100,000 to more than $2 million – Rokbuild Pty Ltd is a flexible company that can assist with a range of construction needs.

Having established a successful building relationship with his brother in 1986, Gary Rokich is an experienced and highly skilled builder. He launched Rokbuild Pty Ltd in 2001, and the company now has a small team consisting of in-house designer Stephen Bradbury, registered builder/supervisor Damien Gee and Gary Rokich as director/builder. His wife, Terrene, is also part of the team, and takes care of administration.
