This beautiful outdoor space was created by Tim Davies Landscaping to integrate with the indoors. The client required renovations to produce a connected area to be used for entertaining and relaxing. Tim Davies Landscaping concealed most of the boundary walls with foliage to provide the greenery that the clients requested. An additional feature wall with vines makes a great statement piece, and the colours of the leaves will change throughout the year. Simple and drought-tolerant plants were used in the landscaping to ensure the space will be easy to maintain without limiting greenery. The use of frameless glass fencing around the pool allows the entire space to be admired from within the home.

Tim Davies Landscaping was required to marginally reduced the size of the swimming pool to allow for a more functional flow. To accommodate this alteration, the fencing needed to be repositioned. To enhance the functionality of the space, an existing pillar was removed and entry to the adjoining games room was made possible via bi-fold doors. The raised deck features a long lounge that is perfect for relaxation, with trees planted on either side to add a resort-style appeal to the space. The travertine paving links the pool and alfresco areas together for a cohesive flow. An outdoor showerhead was installed behind the fencing to ensure no chemicals from the pool will affect the surrounding furnishings.
