Built by Mondo Exclusive Homes, this home encompasses a contemporary living design and elegant decorating. The home is modern, sleek and stylish, with minimalistic elements to keep it looking spacious and clean. The brief provided by the clients requested a quality home that stayed within their budget limitations. In order to achieve this, Mondo Exclusive Homes collaborated closely with the clients and their designer, KDG, giving them 100 per cent flexibility in decisions and allowing them to be involved in every step of the process. This flexibility enabled the clients to shop around and find some great savings, which were passed on by Mondo Exclusive Homes.

By limiting the amount of hallway space, Mondo Exclusive Homes was able to achieve a great flow within the home. Each area beautifully leads to the next, including the living area, which uses bi-fold doors to open out onto the alfresco. The alfresco was made with outdoor entertaining in mind, offering plenty of seating space and a barbecue area for the homeowners to entertain guests during the warmer months. A neutral grey palette has been used throughout the home – evident in the floor tiles, benchtops and furnishings, including the outdoor couches – helping to create a great sense of unity. The seamless transition from the living and dining area to the alfresco creates perfectly integrated living. The clever use of cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as hidden storage areas, help keep this home tidy and uncluttered.

The master en suite and main bathroom are given a luxurious feel through the use of a freestanding bath and oversized shower, which are all equipped with the latest European tapware. Premium tiling features in the stunning bathroom and kitchen, and is perfectly complemented by the porcelain benchtops and cabinetry. The kitchen also includes all of the latest sleek appliances to enhance the home’s minimalist vibe. To ensure the home was equipped with all the standard energy-saving features, Mondo Exclusive Homes used LED lights and 5-star fixtures and fittings throughout. The double hot water unit is also a fantastic water-saving feature that ensures the homeowners won’t have to wait long for a hot shower.
