Described as Palm Springs meets modern Australian living, MJD Projects WA have updated this older Claremont home, combining elements of contemporary design with stunning gold accents and classic marble. Just a short distance from the ocean, there was a need to turn the home into a modern masterpiece, suitable for a busy family.

Marcus, the builder, worked alongside the owners to bring this to life. MJD Projects WA worked with the designer to develop a freestanding pool area that included a privacy screen, allowed the owners to relax in a modern setting. The pool’s shape mirrors the house’s exterior to easily marry the old and the new. The pool deck and security screen are built with NewTechWood, an environmentally friendly and durable material.

The home itself boasts high ceilings and a stunning kitchen renovation. The gold finishes in this space create an opulent feeling, and the stunning porcelain in Enigma Pearl from the Stone Ambassador benchtop and splashback emphasises luxury living.
