Monochromatic Dream

Makin Homes completed a turn-key construction journey on this beautiful modern home on Balladonia Parade. The team handled all the details right down to planting the herbs in the veggie plant boxes and installing the garden shed in the backyard. This project is highlighted with clean modern lines across the front and rear landscaping. Makin Homes carefully planned and executed the layout of each room to ensure a spacious, luxurious house. This was proven with the upper floor raked ceiling in the living room and alfresco that gives a greater sense of space. The connection from the alfresco area to the kitchen allows a seamless flow between living spaces. The combination of the extended scullery and laundry integration utilises space in a productive and modern way. 

Across the entire home spans monochromatic features providing endless contemporary style. The double brick and acrylic render construction with metal roofing ensures a strong, lasting build with James Hardies internal cladding. Makin Homes dedicated a lot of time to ensure that the internal wall cladding tied in with the surrounding building elements seamlessly.  Makin Homes collaborated with designer and draftsperson Greg Howes, interior designer Vibe Design and soft interior design Thirteen Interiors, to produce this spectacular result that is keeps both practicality and aesthetics in mind.
