Boasting a fully self-contained Airbnb that occupies one end of the property, Makin Homes Pty Ltd built this incredible, large skillion home with great, open outdoor living arrangements, an extra workshop and beautiful, high ceilings. With a central hallway from the open plan living area to the Airbnb, Makin Homes Pty Ltd made maximum use of the feature hallway to access the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the laundry.

This single-storey home had to have clean and modern lines as the first and foremost design feature, on display throughout the property. Second priority in the brief was to facilitate a section of the property for an Airbnb, located at the front, with its own carpark and courtyard area. Large, thoughtfully placed windows and bright, crisp painting both indoors and outdoors encourages natural light to flood the property.

The house makes extensive use of a large concrete slab, James Hardie 230mm smooth Hardie planks and COLORBOND Ultra roof coverings for a sleek and consistent look
