A rear triple garage has allowed for a greater front elevation, and an overhang from the first-floor living room, which showcases striking ocean views from all main bedrooms and the living and dining areas. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow the homeowners to enjoy the fantastic water views while lounging or dining.

The integration into the sloping block by means of several layered landscaping levels has helped create an interesting façade with depth, and the decision to not include any unnecessary hallways is a big factor in making the home flow. Sliding doors from the second-floor living room lead onto an open terrace that includes an outdoor barbecue and dining area – perfect for entertaining guests outside.

The kitchen is equipped with all the latest appliances and includes plenty of bench space, which is important for a large family. The home also includes walk-in wardrobes and ensuites for the main bedrooms, as well as a large home theatre room where the homeowners can unwind.
