What makes this Yallingup home truly special isn’t its size, but the care and craftsmanship behind every shining detail. Designed by Matilda at Bare Architects and expertly built by Honeypot Homes, this bespoke family home merges robust, durable materials with custom finishes and a deeply personal touch. Every aspect – from the concrete blockwork to the hand-finished timber windows – has been selected for longevity, warmth and character.

Perched around a majestic Marri tree, the home frames the natural beauty of its bushland setting. Open living areas flow seamlessly outdoors, maintaining a formidable connection to nature while optimising light and space. Despite adhering to strict BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) requirements, this project achieves a modern and inviting aesthetic thanks to the inspired collaboration between architect, builder and engineers.

Sustainability was at the forefront of the project. Solar panels, double-glazed windows, a reclaimed hot water system and EV readiness achieve energy-efficiency goals. This home – grounded, thoughtful and forward-thinking – not only fits its environment but feels as if it has always belonged.
