This outstanding home in Mullaloo is a cosy, modern masterpiece by Ford Building Co. Traditional yet timeless design features create a stylish and relaxed atmosphere for these lucky homeowners. The quaint, weatherboard façade ties in
wonderfully to the surrounding beach suburb.

Inside, the rear of this home opens up to a stunning and spacious open-plan living area. A raked roof in this space mimics the look in the façade, and is continued to the alfresco dining area in the backyard. This added height to the ceiling adds a sense of grandeur and luxury to this smaller home.

This home is also situated on a relatively narrow block, and so there were some space restrictions for the team. Ultimately, careful planning and consideration led to this home still being spacious and equipped with all the modern luxuries a family could ask for.
