This stylish and technical build is a true testament to the expertise of Fischer’s skilled tradespeople. Upon a narrow block of land, this home has been meticulously planned to make the most of the available space. In order to fulfil the owner’s wishes of having a secluded master bedroom and office, the team added a third-floor space so no sacrifices were made to any of the living areas.

Warm spotted gum cladding is incorporated into the external façade, adding character to the home. Wood continues to feature in the internal design, with a curved, timber feature wall in the kitchen and timber wrapping around the luxurious island bench. The stairs and cabinetry are also expertly crafted with wood. Nowhere is the best exemplified than in the bathrooms, which display a natural timber look.

With what little room is available, Fischer has still managed to provide the owners will a lavish alfresco dining area. Large, double-glazed sliding doors open out directly from the kitchen and living areas to allow tremendous flow between spaces. This family will be able to entertain any time of the year with this excellent design.
