The Villa Alto, Averna Homes’ new show home, has now been opened for viewing. The impressive home spans three levels and has been designed with family living in mind.

Featuring clean finishes, a monochromatic colour palette, and unique and modern design principles, the Villa Alto takes up 625m², using every available inch of the lot. Averna Homes created a dramatic yet soft design and has managed to strike the perfect balance between style and function.

The Villa Alto features an open-plan layout, ensuring there is plenty of space for a growing family. The home is made for year-round entertaining and includes a theatre room and a double-void alfresco with its own custom outdoor kitchen, as well as a plunge pool, located on the first floor.

A six-car garage can be accessed from the ground floor, which also houses a wine cellar big enough to hold more than 300 bottles. A study, which can also double as a fifth bedroom, can also be found on this floor, as well as a lift for easy access to the other two levels.

The first floor comprises the open living and dining area, which is connected to a striking chef’s kitchen. State-of-the-art ASKO appliances create sleek lines that are in keeping with the contemporary theme of the home. Integrated fridges, and custom cabinetry and shelving keep the kitchen uncluttered, while Vito Bertoni brushed nickel tapware adds a touch of luxury.

A guest bedroom with its own ensuite is also located on the first floor, so homeowners will never need to worry about overnight guests. A large balcony at the front of the house is ideal for relaxation and provides stunning views of the Swan River.

The main bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a to-die-for walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite with a floating bathtub, and its own private balcony. Two more bedrooms are also located on this level, with a Jack-and- Jill ensuite setup for ease of access.
