Oceanic Custom Homes is a boutique home builder based in Perth, Western Australia. Run by director and register builder, Lee Pain, the team wanted to create a highly personalised building experience that clients genuinely enjoy. Lee personally oversees the construction of every home and works closely with clients from start through to completion. Lee’s wife, Zoe, is a chartered accountant who manages the financial side of the business, overseeing bookkeeping, accounts, and supplier relationships to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The company limits the number of client homes it undertakes at any one so that it can provide each client with the level of attention and care they deserve. A home is one of the most significant and meaningful investments a person can make, and the team really wants to make the experience fun and exciting, instead of stressful and full of variations.
