Building approximately 15–20 homes annually, Nulook Homes works in the metropolitan region north and south of the river. The team also works as far east as Darlington and its surrounding areas.

Established in 2006 by directors Peter Edwards and Brent Lobik, who have almost 40 years’ building experience between them, Nulook Homes is equally adept at constructing new homes as completing renovations and small unit developments. Nulook Homes has won or been a finalist in almost 20 awards since 2008. In addition to the 2013 MBA award, the company was also a finalist in the category of Alterations and Additions $400,000-$500,000.
