Equinox is delighted to announce that Tim Meikle has joined the team as the new head chef! Previously, Meikle worked for a number of upmarket eateries in London – including a Michelin-starred restaurant – and owned and operated his own busy café and catering business in Dunsborough. He brings more than 17 years of invaluable experience to the venue, as well as a passion for high-quality seasonal produce that’s sourced locally from the Margaret River region.

Located on Busselton’s main foreshore and overlooking the historic jetty, Equinox is a family-owned and -operated restaurant and bar. With Meikle at the helm, the team looks forward to tantalising your taste buds the next time you drop by for a bite to eat.
