Inspired Homes is an award-winning boutique building company founded by owner and company director Vasko Spaseski. With 20 years of on-site training with some of the best builders around Perth under his belt, Vas began in a small home office with just his own two-storey house on the books.

From there, Vas gained numerous clients through word-of-mouth and ventured into three unit development sites during the housing boom. With a vast knowledge of town planning and planning codes, Vas is able to utilise space and get the best possible product for his clients.
