Building up to 12 homes a year, Greg Kelleher personally manages each project, ensuring the design and building process is a pleasurable and exciting experience.

With a family background in the industry, Kelleher started his company in 1987, after his father – also a registered builder – encouraged him to begin a business of his own. In addition to new home builds, the company also occasionally does large-scale renovations and additions, and has also won several accolades in this area.

Greg Kelleher Homes has won numerous industry awards since its inception, including Framed Home of the Year in the 2013 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Perth housing awards, and Best Custom Built Home $625,001–$800,000 in the 2009 awards.
