Right Homes is riding a wave of success! At the 2017 Master Builders-Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards, the company was proud to take home the accolade for Waterwise Home Under $500,000. At the prestigious 2017 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Australian GreenSmart Awards, Right Homes won the Townhouse/Villa Development category for its project in Beaconsfield, as well as the Water Efficiency category for its project in Jolimont.
Right Homes has previously won the same awards for these projects at the statelevel ceremony, where it also won the Design Concept category. Right Homes’ winning Beaconsfield project is a single-storey home located in a villa development. With a number of water- and energy-saving fixtures and fittings, the home has an exceptionally high energy rating of 9.5 stars. The winning project in Jolimont is also highly energy- and water-efficient, with an energy rating of 8.5 stars and two 7000L underground rainwater tanks, which deliver an 80 per cent reduction in potable water costs.
