Since retiring from a career of classroom teaching and art education, Carmen McFaull has been working full time on developing, exhibiting and marketing her style of work. As a teenager, she learnt skills in painting in oils from her mother who is also an artist. But in the mid-nineties, Carmen participated in a pastel painting workshop and embraced the medium instantly.

Carmen now works in either pastel, oil or gouache, preparing for up to thirty exhibitions a year throughout Perth, country areas and the Eastern states.
