The company’s philosophy is to deliver the best in design, product research, quality construction and personalised service. Constructing approximately 30 homes annually, the company has received numerous industry awards over several years, including the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Perth and Western Australia Golden Key award for Display Home of the Year in 2012.

Ross Griffin and Bruce Laan started the business in 1997. Bruce Laan is a director, engineer and the registered builder, while Ross Griffiin retired in 2008. His daughter Emma succeeded him as managing director.
