Established in 2006 by company director Neil Salvia, Neil Salvia Building Designs specialises in meeting the needs of second to third home buyers. Operating throughout Western Australia, the company caters to all aspects of building design, from new homes and unit developments, to renovations and small commercial buildings.

With more than 20 years of experience in the building industry, the company designs approximately 15 to 20 homes per year.

Neil Salvia Building Designs’ commitment to providing a professional service and state-of-the-art designs has won numerous accolades throughout the years, including the prestigious 2016 Building Designers Association of WA (BDAWA) award for residential grouped dwelling.
