As Perth’s first double-storey home to achieve this benchmark, it sets a new standard for energy-efficient living while delivering exceptional year-round comfort for the family who call it come.

A strong focus on passive solar design underpins the home, allowing winter sun to naturally warm the living spaces while minimising unwanted heat gain during summer. The home’s outstanding thermal performance is driven by its reverse brick veneer construction and suspended concrete slab, maximising thermal mass to naturally regulate indoor temperatures. This is complemented by high-performance uPVC double-glazed windows and doors, creating a highly efficient building envelope that reduces reliance on mechanical heating and cooling.

Solar panels, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, and provisions for greywater and rainwater systems further enhance the home’s long-term sustainability, supporting the owners’ commitment to energy-efficient living.
