With its boldly angular and daring design, the 2024 winner of the HIA Perth Lightweight Housing award truly punches above its weight. A vision made possible by close collaboration with designer and owner, the innovative design redefines crisp white walls through intersections of striking shadow lines – creating a unique illusion on the home’s exterior. The structure showcases a predominantly timber frame paired with a fibre cement product and Hebel for the external cladding.

The design’s elevating focal point is the breathtaking double staircase – a feature that elegantly ascends from the ground floor to the roof terrace, offering guests and inhabitants panoramic coastal views that can only be described as priceless.
