OLD SOUL, NEW LIFE

A breathtaking blend of old-world charm and modern ingenuity, this heritage-listed Fremantle estate has been meticulously restored and renovated with no expense spared. The brief was simple: trust the builder to lead the way – and the result is a warm, welcoming home that proudly celebrates its original character while embracing contemporary touches.

Every inch of this expansive residence was maximised, featuring soaring ceilings, vast open areas, a wraparound staircase encircling a lift shaft, a rooftop terrace with a barbeque area, and a dedicated communications room. Lighting design was key to the luxurious look – masterfully complementing the home’s finishes through the use of chandeliers, strip lights, wall lights and floor lighting. Logistical challenges were met with clever planning and precision. Tight site access was navigated through considered team coordination, while a full street closure enabled safe rooftop installation.

Premium materials and heritage details define the space: Jarrah and sandstone flooring, colonial skirtings, pressed tin, steel doors, tiled arches, cobblestones, recycled red bricks, polished plaster and patina steel cabinetry – all complemented by original limestone walls and restored timber floors for lasting sustainability.
