This breathtaking project from Trio Homes is a masterclass in modern, simple and elegant home design. Seamlessly showcasing the quality of construction and craftsmanship, the home’s design expertly reveals the natural, raw building materials, offering a distinctly refined look. The client desired a home that allowed for an abundance of light and space, particularly with the use of large glazing panels and an intentional void over the living area. Minimalist forms and shapes were also a priority for the client, necessitating integrated appliances and a sleek, contemporary kitchen embodying the hub of the home.

The team exceeded expectations. Polished concrete floors harmoniously connect the home, enriching every room with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. The intelligent use of black brick with black mortar on the front façade, and white bricks with white mortar in the interior create clean, memorable lines. A central design feature, tying the home together, is a stunning staircase made from Tasmanian oak timber treads. Although modern in its mission, this home achieves timeless elegance.
