Right Homes is a small, boutique residential building company established in 2006 by directors Gary and Anna Wright. Right Homes operates within the Perth metropolitan area and is passionate about solar passive design principles, showcasing true sustainability in all the residential housing projects the company completes each year. Right Homes’ projects ensure that energy-efficiency and water-wise housing can be both modern and affordable for Australian homeowners, and highly practical in the long-term.

Every Right Homes build is guided by the Greensmart Principles, accounting for orientation, insulation, thermal mass, and ventilation.
