Glasscapes’ extensive line of unique and modern quality glass products extends from the inside of the home through to the outside, giving clients a fabulous range and the ability to do it all through one creative company.

The company’s unique art pieces and beautifully finished products include splashbacks, frameless glass pool fencing and balustrading, water features, outdoor showers and slumped glass.

This three-storey home by Grandwood Homes was built to take in the views of the Swan River directly behind the property. As such, Glasscapes’ frameless clear glass balustrading, with standoff pins and a slimline hand rail, was used to maximum effect, allowing uninterrupted views of the river whilst maintaining a chic look that still met Australian safety standards. To one side, frosted glass panels were used to maintain privacy. The front of the home is a beautiful mix of stone, glass and polished chrome where Glasscapes’ Meridian bronze slumped glass was used in the front entry doors, gate and front fence, creating a unique and modern street appeal.

With most of Glasscapes’ creative processes carried out in-house, the company is able to maintain a tight control of its finished products, ensuring only the best quality. With two glass slumping kilns in-house, Glasscapes can manufacture slumped glass from small scale to large scale requirements, creating beautiful textured glass from either a standard pattern range or custom design.

Slumped glass can be used for a number of external applications such as fencing, balustrading, privacy screens, windows, splashbacks, water features, house numbering and art pieces; resulting in beautiful and tactile products that reflect personality. Coupled with Glasscapes’ in-house spray painting system, clients are spoilt for choice with a virtually limitless colour selection and various options of finishes.

Glasscapes also offers a commercial grade glass protective coating that is sprayed on the glass in-house to maintain and protect glass from watermarks and staining, for both internal and external applications.

Owner Paul Roberts is a qualified glazier with more than 24 years of glass industry experience, who understands the creative niche, the technical aspects and the mechanics of how glass should be used and could be used, with his many years plied ‘on the tools’.

When employing Glasscapes’ services, clients will be sure to notice the difference in what sets the company apart in the industry and why some of Glasscapes’ clients have been with them since the company started more than 12 years ago – a clear testament to the company’s creativity, knowledge, workmanship and work ethic. A reputation Glasscapes prides itself on.
