Tim Davies Landscaping has been recognised at this year’s Landscape Industry Association of Western Australia (LIAWA) Awards of Excellence night, when the company was named the overall winner for the Contractor – Residential category.

In addition to this prestigious award, the company achieved a record- beating total of five winning projects and three finalist certificates.

The company’s West Leederville residence took the award for the Contractor – Residential over $150,000 category for its technical design, which fuses modern elements with heritage style. The Cottesloe residence won the Contractor – Residential up to $75,000 category, while the iconic Raffles Hotel was named the Maintenance – Commercial winning project.

The winner of the Contractor – Commercial/Civic up to $500,000 category was the Cottesloe Works Depot public space and amenities. The Mosman Park residence was a finalist for the Best Special Feature – Built Feature category, in recognition of a remarkable custom-built timber and Corten steel seat that features a mature frangipani tree.

“These awards are well deserved and honour our team, who really do work hard and achieve an outstanding result time after time,” says proprietor Tim Davies.
