Daniel Cassettai Design is proud to announce it received the Building Designers Association of Western Australia (BDAWA) award for New Residential Building Design in the 351m2 to 450m2 category for 2016.

‘The Vincent’ impressed the judging panel with its seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas, which was achieved through the clever use of voids, full-height windows, and a functional use of space.

Located on a relatively small block, the home demonstrates a strategic use of multi-purpose spaces, which allows the home to adapt to the changing lives of its occupants.

“Families are staying in their homes for longer these days,” says the company’s principal director Daniel Cassettai. “It makes sense to anticipate the changing demands of a growing family in the initial stages of a project’s design, so that we can creatively maximise the use of space for years to come and ensure that the home remains comfortable and functional for each member of the family.”

The prestigious BDAWA award is the cherry on top of Daniel Cassettai Design’s birthday cake, as the company is marking its 20th year in business!
