Two Homes, One Roof

Imagine the thought of maintaining your privacy, while still surrounded by the family. Imagine sustaining your independence, but with help nearby when needed.

Cleverly designed with modern family living in mind, the Allegato by Shelford Quality Homes balances budget, space and the company’s signature specification, with an innovative floor plan and a contemporary ‘home within a home’. Ideal for aging parents, adult children or independent teens, this ancillary living space allows homeowners to accommodate regular house guests or to earn rental income from private tenants.

Combining creative design with quality construction, the show- stopping abode delivers a sense of space and separation, which is ideally suited to the changing face of the modern Australian family.

Located in Vivente Estate in Perth’s growing southern corridor, the Allegato is now open for display to the general public at 125 Irvine Parade, Hammond Park.

Remarkable Service

Alex Campbell of Tallwood Constructions talks about the experience of working with his clients on this recently completed Quedjinup home.

“The clients were the most passionate people we have ever built for and knew every intricate detail of the home,” he says. “The remarkable result is a tribute to them and their vision and to the dedication of the entire Tallwood Constructions team.”

As expected, the homeowners, Liz and Tim had nothing but good things to say about Tallwood Constructions!

A negotiated contract at an early stage of the design process enabled the consultation of key details and buildability issues. This early “buy-in” resulted in an exceptionally high standard of finish. We are thrilled with the result. As an architect you can design and detail everything as you wish to see it, but one must still rely on the contractor and sub-contractors to carry out the works with precision and appreciation of the vision for the project. Tallwood Constructions carried the design intent through from breaking ground to final completion of our stunning home.

Celebrating Great Design

Mondo Exclusive Homes recently threw a champagne and cheese night to celebrate the launch of the company’s first display home in Swanbourne.

The evening was a huge success, and the 55+ guests congratulated Mondo Exclusive Homes on a high standard of workmanship and the use of quality fixtures and furnishings.

The home is one of two custom-designed two-storey homes that were built as a development for the company’s discerning clients. Mondo Exclusive Homes saw the project through from demolition of the existing property, to the completion of the landscaping.

Poppies By The Sea

Shelford Quality Homes proudly supports the arts and local artisans, such as the supremely talented Eve Arnold, whose artwork Tridentity – Poppies by the Sea (2016) is on show at the company’s flagship display home at 36 Sumich Gardens, Coogee.

The artwork was commissioned expressly for the home, and has a traditional style that evokes the artist’s European origins. Incorporating 24-carat gold leaf detailing and distressed aluminium, the work symbolises the promise of a new life in our great southern continent.

The mixed-media artwork appears simultaneously antique and modern, and the juxtaposition of these effects mirrors the way the home balances glitz and glamour, with a nod to old-school Hollywood charm.

Located at Ocean Road Estate – an exclusive boutique development located among reclaimed market gardens that were farmed by the Sumich family in 1944 – the home continues to captivate even the most discerning of home buyers.

Quality Timber Patios

Patio Living’s latest range of high-quality timber products is guaranteed to deliver a fantastic finish that’s ideal for timber-framed patios and pergolas.

Homeowners are increasingly choosing timber over steel frames for the warm and inviting feel they provide. Patio Living’s timber products provide a more beautiful finish than standard pine, at very competitive prices!

By investing in timber products from Patio Living, you will achieve a superior finish and save money in the long run. The timber beams look impeccable even when painted, and are almost entirely free of obvious knots, which can often make it difficult to achieve an attractive result after staining.

Whether installed beneath heat-reflective polycarbonate or Colorbond roofing, timber products from Patio Living always look stunning. The timber beams look particularly striking when used as the main feature in open pergolas.
